2010 ACTIVITIES & EVENTS

• 31st National VIP Party- The Kick-Off event for the 31st National is the annual VIP Party, hosted by Beckett Media from 2:30-4:00pm, Wednesday August 4 and is held exclusively for VIP and SuperVIP ticketholders. It will be held in Rooms 307-310 in the Baltimore Convention Center. In addition to receiving your week-long credentials and cram-packed gift package there will be free autograph from Mike Boddicker and Lydell Mitchell (3:00-4:00).
• Sneak Peek Free Orioles Tickets  - courtesy of Blowoutcards.com - All General Admission attendees on Wednesday, August 4 will receive information on how to obtain tickets for that evening's Orioles game at Camden Yards.
• 31st National Sneak Peek presented by Legendary Auctions- The National will hold its Grand Opening, for all consumers, on Wednesday night August 4, 4-8 PM for a special Sneak Preview of the world's most famous sports collectibles show. Signing at the 31st National Sneak Peek will be former Orioles pitcher Mike Boddicker (4:15-6:15), former Colts RB Lydell Mitchell (4:15-6:15) and former Redskins kicker Mark Moseley (4:30-7PM). Autographs will be one per person, 1st come-1st served, as time permits. The Show Floor will be open and admission is free for all VIP and SuperVIP Admission attendees. One day Admission Tickets (good for any day of the National including Wednesday Sneak Peek) may be purchased at $16.50 each in advance through this web site or $19.95 at the Baltimore Convention Center Box Office. • TriStar Productions National Autograph Pavilion - The Autograph Pavilion will be hosted by TriStar Productions and will showcase celebrities and athletes over the five-day period of the consumers' show August 4-8, 2010. • 31st National Night at Camden Yards - Thursday Night, the National will be part on-field ceremonies as the Orioles face the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim at 7PM. Tickets will be available for this game at the Blowoutcards.com Corporate Booth #2117

• TNA Wrestling Stars - Tristar will be bring 6 of the very best TNA wrestlers to the National on Saturday, August 7. Visit Tristar's site for details on a very special program that includes autographs and other great items fr these celebrities. Click Here to see the special TNA Package. 

• Kids Free Week at the 31st National - All youngsters 12 and under will be admitted at no charge all 5 days of the show, courtesy of The National.

• Family Day at the 31st National - Sunday, August 8, has been designated as Family Day at the 31st National Sports Collectors Convention. One $25 admission charge will allow a family (up to 4 people) to attend the closing day of the National. Tickets will be sold onsite only. A Kids Trading Table will be set up to allow youngsters to trade their cards for superstar cards. And a final National Special "FREE" raffle, where we will giveaway special sports collectibles at 2pm
• FreedomCardboard (FCB) will provide several free autograph guests at their Corporate Booth #2143. Signing on Friday afternoon at 3:00PM will be Boston Red Sox Junichi Tazawa; signing on Saturday afternoon will be Toronto reliever Dirk Hayhurst. Check out the FCB booth #2143 for the signing time for Orioles prospect Josh Bell.
• Press Pass Wrapper Redemption - Open a box of any 2010 Press Pass NASCAR product at their Corporate Booth #2227 and receive a) A Free Autographed or Dual Memorabilia card; b) Entry into a special daily giveaway; c) A ticket to Press Pass's Daily Pack Wars.
• Upper Deck Wrapper Redemption - Thursday through Sunday – Upper Deck will be conducting its popular foil pack wrapper redemption program starting at 12 noon. Fans who purchase five packs of any current Upper Deck card packs (baseball, basketball, football or hockey products) that carry a suggested retail price of $1.99 or more will receive one of four different 2010 National event-exclusive, five-card sets, while supplies last. Each day there will be a different five-card collection redeemed.On Thursday, the five-card set will include Michael Jordan and Julius Erving, while Friday’s lineup includes LeBron James and Gordie Howe. Saturday’s set will feature Sidney Crosby, while Sunday’s roster will include such stars as Tiger Woods, Wayne Gretzky and David Robinson. A complete list of all the players available each day will be posted at the Upper Deck booth. Card packs must be opened in front of an Upper Deck representative for redeeming purposes. Note: Autographed cards of the following players will be randomly inserted into some of the packs: Gordie Howe, LeBron James and Michael Jordan.
• Tristar Wrapper Redemption - Tristar has produced a great looking 10 card OBAK set for the National. VIPs will get 5 random cards as part of their VIP Gift package. To obtain the other cards, just purchase a hobby pack of TRISTAR Baseball cards or TNA Wrestling cards from a show dealer. Open the pack at the designated Tristar Booth in the Autograph Pavilion and redeem each wrapper for a free card.
• Topps Wrapper Redemption-Collectors opening 10 packs of 2010 Topps/Bowman branded baseball cards (except Topps Attax, Topps Opening Day and the .99 cent Topps Cello Pack) at the Topps booth will receive Stephen Strasburg’s 2010 Topps Heritage card (# NCC1).  The card, which will be sequentially numbered to 999, will be available in designated quantities and at designated times from Wednesday, August 4^th to Sunday August 8th.  The card will be limited to one copy per person per day. In addition, Topps will be giving away free codes to collectors visiting the booth that unlock actual Topps baseball cards on the Topps Million Card Giveaway site (www.toppsmillion.com).  The codes will be limited to one per person per day.
• Panini Wrapper Redemption - Any collector who opens 5 packs of any current NFL or NBA Panini product at their booth during this year’s National will receive a free pack of cards.  These cards will be exclusive to The National.  You can find players from the NBA such as:  LeBron James, Brandon Jennings, Carmelo Anthony, Chris Bosh, Dwyane Wade, Kevin Durant, Kobe Bryant, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, and Tyreke Evans. From the NFL you can look for:  Adrian Peterson, Brett Favre, C.J. Spiller, Colt McCoy, Dez Bryant, Drew Brees, Joe Flacco, Peyton Manning, Ray Rice, Ryan Matthews, Sam Bradford, Tim Tebow, Tony Romo and Tom Brady. From the NHL:  Sidney Crosby, Ryan Miller, Jonathan Toews, Henrik Sedin, Alex Ovechkin and Jose Theodore. Collectors can look for multiple parallels and autographs too.  There is also a chance of finding instant win cards that are redeemable for signed 8×10 Prestige rookies
