The 44th National Sports Collectors Convention will be held July 24-28. 2024 at the IX Convention Center in Cleveland, OH

All Exhibitor Booths for the 2024 National in Cleveland were selected and assigned at the Booth Lottery in Rosemont. For details on the selection process see the procedure listed below on this page. There is a very long waiting list which will be used to fill any booths made available through cancelation. At this time we are not accepting any additional applications.

As in the past, all exhibitors at the National must complete and submit a sales tax form at the end of the 2024 National. There is a two step process that needs to be completed. Exhibitor must apply online for a transient vendors license for the fee of $25. The link is here.

At the end of the event, Exhibitor will be required by the state of Ohio Department of Revenue to complete a US-T1 form and submit payment.

The National has sold out of booth space for the last several years.  The 2024 Cleveland National was completely sold out before we left Rosemont in July 2023. To clarify the process by which booths are selected, we are providing this information to all current and past dealers and to those individuals who have requested booth space previously.

Booths for the next National are selected at the Booth Selection Lottery held Friday-Sunday during each National. Dealers who have registered and exhibited at a National (under their own name and not as a secondary designate) receive a Priority Point for every National they have done. At the Lottery, the first group to select are those people who have exhibited at the most previous Nationals and therefore have the highest Priority. At the 2024 event in Cleveland, the highest Priority will be 44 and those dealers will be permitted to select booth space first. The selection process continues moving down in Priority until all Priorities have selected space or until all booth space has been selected.  If space is still available, dealers with no previous Priority are permitted to select booths. A deposit of at least 50% of the cost of the space selected must be paid before a space is selected.

If an exhibitor wishes to exhibit at the next National, but will not be present at the Booth Selection Lottery to select space, the exhibitor may complete a “Notice of Intent to Exhibit” form prior to the Lottery and return it to the National Office by the specified date.  Completing this form and including a 50% deposit indicates a desire to exhibit at the upcoming event but does not guarantee space. Exhibitors who cannot attend the lottery and have completed the Notice to Intent form and paid their 50% deposit will have a booth selected for them by the NSCC when their priority is called during the Lottery. Exhibitors who are set up at the show are required to select their own booth space at the lottery. Please note that the submission of the "Notice of Intent to Exhibit" From does not guarantee a booth space.

If all space is sold during the Lottery, a waiting list is established.  Booths which become available during the year are filled from the Waiting List. The 2025 Notice of Intent to Exhibit form will be available in late May 2024We urge anyone looking to exhibit at the 2025 Chicago National to complete the 2025 Notice of Intent form and return it to the address listed on the form by the date specified.

(Link forth coming in May 2024)  Please complete and return the form to the address show.  All Exhibiting Dealers at the 2024 Cleveland National received this form along with their Exhibitor Manual from RES.
