    • Company is responsible for adhering to all insurance requirements (including rider policy) as outlined throughout the corporate contract. Notable specifics can be found in section F-6.

QUICK REMINDERS:

  • Basic carpet is included on request - contact Brian Kester for details.

  • Move-in day and time assignments will be sent no later than June 30th.

  • Move in begins on July 24th and must be completed by noon on July 30th.

  • Maximum booth height is 8 feet unless higher build approved in writing.

  • Booths must be open during all show hours from noon on July 30th until 4pm on August 3rd.

  • Corporate space is predominately, with a few special dispensations, non-transactional. There is absolutely no selling of single trading cards, single graded cards, hobby supplies or any items not expressly approved by the Board of the 45th National, by penalty of removal.

  • Vendors are classified by Tier based on booth size. Badge, parking pass allotments are based off of Tier classifications.
