Important Details for VIP Events at the 46th National

Congratulations on becoming a 46th National VIP! We’re excited to welcome you to what promises to be an unforgettable event in Rosemont 2026. Even if you’ve purchased the VIP Package in the past, please read the updated information below carefully — a few things have changed.

📲 VIP Credential Pick-Up

To pick up your VIP credentials at the event, you must present your e-ticket. Either a printed copy or the barcode on your smartphone will be accepted.

E-tickets were included in the email you received at the time of your VIP Package purchase. Can’t find it? Search your inbox for "Interactive Ticketing."

Credential Pick-Up Times and Location:

  • Early Pick-Up:
    Tuesday, July 28 | 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

  • Regular Pick-Up Begins:
    Wednesday, July 29 | Starting at 9:00 AM

Entry Instructions:

  • Enter the Convention Center using the doors to the left of the main entrance, marked VIP Entrance.

  • Follow signs labeled VIP TICKETS to the VIP Pickup Room on the second floor, up the escalator.

At check-in, your ticket will be scanned, and you will receive:

  • Your VIP Badge (must be visible at all times)

  • VIP Gift Bag

  • VIP Autograph Tickets

  • A complete VIP Information Packet

⚠️ Lost or misplaced credentials cannot be replaced. Please keep them secure after pick-up.

🎉 VIP Room & Party Access

If you check in before 4:00 PM on Wednesday, you’re invited to enjoy the VIP Room, located next to the check-in area.

  • VIP Room Hours: Begins at 2:00 PM

  • Includes:

    • Light refreshments

    • Prize drawings

    • Free autographs from select guests

    • Memorabilia for purchase (Tristar Productions)

🛍️ Show Floor Sneak Peek – Wednesday

  • At 3:00 PM, VIPs will be granted early access to the Show Floor for a Sneak Peek event until 8:00 PM.

If you can’t pick up your VIP credentials on Wednesday, you’ll still follow the same check-in process Thursday–Sunday, but you will miss the VIP Party.

🕘 VIP Show Entry – Thursday through Sunday

VIPs may enter the Show Floor each day starting at 9:00 AM.

  • Entry Location:
    Use the lower concourse ballroom entrance in the Conference Center.
    Follow signs directing you to the VIP Entrance.

🚗 All Access VIP Parking

If you purchased the All Access VIP Package, your admission includes free parking Wednesday–Sunday at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.

  • You’ll receive your parking pass when you check in with a valid All Access VIP ticket.

  • The pass allows re-entry for the entire week.

  • ⚠️ Only one parking pass per All Access package — please keep it safe.

You’ll also receive a separate Tristar envelope containing additional credentials and package information specific to All Access VIPs.

🔍 Final Reminders

  • Carefully review all your VIP materials — many exclusive offers and autograph opportunities may require visiting sponsor booths in the Corporate Area.

  • Your VIP badge is your key to all access, so keep it visible and secure.
